Great gym, nice classes and good kit. Opens at 6am so great start to the day. Friendly and helpful atmosphere and knowledgeable trainers

I have been a member for roughly 2 weeks and I am really enjoying it. I try to go 2 to 3 times a week. And I usually use the treadmill, the rowing machine, and the cycling machine. The staff are very friendly, approachable and informative and knowledgeable. The only thing I would say is that sometimes if they do not know something they will tell you that they will find out and leave without making it clear if they are finding out now or if its best for you to come back later. For example, I tried to log in to the cycling machine and the machine froze. But I didnt want to just leave it so I told a member of staff who was messaging his manager, but then said that he would be right back, but I was unsure where he had gone, or how long I would have to wait. Not a huge issue, but I was left a bit confused. I am still very keen to keep coming back to the gym for more
