Shocking garage. Purchased a 2010 Landrover Discovery for over 16,000. On route home engine management lights came on. Called the "RAC approved" garage to get help with recovery to be told there was nothing they could do. Managed to use our own AA membership to get the car recovered and sent it back to Top Brand Cars. They had the car for over 2 weeks to fix a faulty turbo valve and investigate why there was a steering judder at high speeds. Finally delivered car back to us after lots of chasing ... steering judder still present to we took to a local Landrover Specialist. They confirmed the front bushes on the car were completely shot ... something which must have been present on the car when we bought it considering we had driven it less than 500 miles (having only had it back a few days). Requested a refund for the 600 repair bill for the bushes to be completely ignored by Top Brand Cars. We've sent multiple letters of complaint, been laughed at down the phone by the owner... and still not got our money back. We are now begining a court claim. ABSOLUTE JOKE ... AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Contacted the RAC to find out why this and multiple other points were missed on their inspection to be told that they hadn't even seen the car and that actually when Top Brand Cars told us the car was RAC inspected all that meant was the dealer themselves had ticked the sheet. Requested a refund for the 600 repair bill for the bushes to be completely ignored by Top Brand Cars.
