This place is brilliant. Having not done any martial arts for seven years, I was sceptical of trying out this club but was empowered to go as a result of the brilliant reviews and affordable pricing. The last six months have been transformative-this is testament to Jay's personality and coaching. I have regained my confidence and my physical and mental health has improved ten fold. Each lesson is challenging yet enjoyable with the right balance of camaraderie and work ethic. Jay is able to differentiate to suit the needs of each individual and has a desire to see everybody improve. He has refined my Karate based fighting style, without looking to discredit or completely change my style. Top man, top club.

Started just over a month ago and its a fantastic place to train. I had no prior Mauy Thai / Kickboxing experience so the beginner class allowed me to pick up the fundamentals very quickly. Now I am going to two sessions a week and hope to up it to 3 in the near future. Jay is a great teacher and has a wealth of experience. Id recommend anyone who in interested to join at all levels.

Been going hoddesdon muay thai for about 3 months and i absolutely love it here. Great bunch of guys and girls. Everybody is really friendly and really help each other progressing with there training Jay's great he really pushes you through your combinations and always comes up with something interesting for each class. Experienced or a novice hoddesdon muay thai is the one to go to Great stuff hoddesdon muay thai.
