12 August 2020 Absolutely appauling, first of all did a no show on an emergency call, then after I chased our housing association he turned up with huge attitude. After unclogging the outside drain he told me he was finished, I polietly asked if he was going to clean the area, as this is a reoccurring problem, and know for health and safety that is supposed to happen. He shouted and screamed at me in front of my neighbours and kids playing in the street and told I need to get a F**king life. He did eventually clean it. I reported it to our housing as he said report me it is my company.

I had a blocked drain to the rear of my property, we have had it before and it tends to happen approximately once a year. I always just google and call a few and see who can come out first. Normally, it is cleared within 15 minutes and i get a bill for several hundred pounds. I found D W drains and it appears they mostly do housing association work, but they were happy to come to my private house. They came within approximately an hour of my call and when they said they would. They called to advise the were on the way as I had asked them to because I was at the office. The operative was pleasant and efficient as he came in and had a look at the problem, then quickly went to the van to get the required equipment and the blockage was dealt with within 2-3 minutes. Whilst any company I have used has always got the job done, its always felt really expensive but like I they were able to charge what they like because they have you over a barrel. That is for me what made the difference, the first time ever I don't feel like I have been ripped off and felt very fairly treated. I can see there was a negative review on here which sounds like one of those one off bad experiences due to someone, possibly the client having a bad day. I for sure will be keeping their details and calling them again in the future if I have any further drainage issues and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
