As a professional care provider I cannot thank and recommend Adam highly enough. With a very painful joint, restricted movement and broken sleep I was pretty miserable. At my very first appointment with Adam he showed me techniques to relieve the pain and manage the Paresthesia instantly. Following a plan of care and treatment I am now back at work with a full range of movement and pain free. He taught me to be mindfull of my limitations but not fearfull and I will continue to heed his expert advice. My issue (my fault because dispute being over 40 apparently I cant sit up straight. Who would have known my mum was right all those years ago) was quickly identified and a treatment plan put into place. This was extremely successful and quickly alleviated my discomfort and pain. Knowledgeable and professional I cant recommend highly enough.

I visited Adam after 12 months of ankle stiffness and pain that was impairing my quality of life and starting to get me down. Thanks to Adams methodical and patient approach I am now able to go about my daily activities free of pain and stiffness and am even now able to take part in regular high impact gym classes. He took the time to understand my treatment goals and to slowly build up what I was able to do through a range of targeted exercises, massage and encouragement.

I went to see Adam as I kept suffering with headaches that could last for a week at a time. Adam spent time asking me questions so he could try and get a clear picture of my lifestyle to see if he could see what could be causing these headaches. Each week he gave me exercises to do to build up strength in my muscles and with massage aswell after 5 sessions I am headache free. I would highly recommend visiting Adam for any physio problems you have.
