Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) Hertfordshire

An extremely well balanced class with a proper (functional) warm up, technique section and then sparring at the end, usually for about 20 - 30 min. As well learning fantastic techniques under superb instruction there is a strong cardio / strength element to the class saving a few hours down the gym each week. Weather you are looking to become a proficient ground fighter, compliment your Ju-Jitsu or other martial arts or just burn through some extra calories each week this is the class for you! Lots of fun, great music, friendly / driven participants, instruction from people that really know what they're doing and have a deep passion for what they do. You really can't go wrong!

Come and join our friendly team of BJJ practitioners, train at your own speed, young and old. Everyone is welcome, and everyone can train at their own pace. Enzo will always answer a question, no matter how silly you may think it is, the time and effort he puts in his students are second to none. See you on the mats

After only a short time training with Enzo I have found his knowledge and passion for BJJ to be a good source of encouragement for me to continue learning. He is thorough in his teaching of the techniques and certainly makes new members feel welcome at BJJ Hertfordshire. I have met some of the regular members as well and they are very polite and welcoming too.
