Can't wish my nan to be in a better place than Belmont View. The staff looking after her are doing a grand job and has helped her settle in since first arriving in Nov 2022. Her room overlooks the garden, which always looks splendid and seems the Carter's have had a turning point with my nan by getting her to be with the other residents from my visit today (Feb 2023) as before, she kept refusing to leave her room. Thank you

I am writing this for a family member. Where do I start! My aunt had people wandering in and out of her room taking her belongings. Her glasses went missing. When we visited the care staff didnt even notice her breathing had got bad, she looked uncomfortable and in pain. She passed that night. We asked for her teeth to be put in and a change of clothes before she was taken, to be told by the funeral directors she was still in her nightdress and no teeth were put in or passed onto them. When we went back to collect her belongings again another person in her room wandering around. To top it off we were told by a family member that staff had been talking badly about another member of the family. No real care given and very unprofessional staff.

My mom-in-law goes for Daycare there every We'd and Friday. The staff are as caring and compassionate as you would do wish. I cannot praise them enough.
