Recently retired and a complete novice I decided do join Niki at the Yoga Cabin and improve my balance and flexibility, I was so nervous the first time I nearly didnt go, I am so glad I did, I was made so welcome and didnt feel in the least bit awkward. I didnt expect the practices to change the way I think though, Niki has completely changed my mindset I now appreciate my body for what it can do and feel blessed I am able to practice. Everyone needs Niki in their lives

The Yoga Cabin provides both a tranquil environment for the soul as well as a gently challenging forum for the mind and body. The practice of yoga is often diluted by modern day "studios," however the rural vibe of the Yoga Cabin is a refreshing change. Niki manages to encourage a combination of acceptance and boundary pushing that truly allows the individual's practice to flourish. The difficulty of teaching seriously mixed level classes would overwhelm me, but Niki manages it with a finesse and grace that meets everyone where they are and fosters a meaningful experience. The Yoga Cabin is committed to the intentional practice of yoga while emphasizing having a bit of fun. I always have a blast and am so grateful for its role in my life.
