A disgraceful management company. They DO NOT manage their subcontracts properly, are clueless about responsibilities and charging and only seem to reply to emails when you threaten legal action. They are a nightmare. Challenge everything and ask for proof if you get stuck with them.

Having worked with Broadoak carrying out cleaning services for a number of years, I have found the company consistent and fair. We often meet the property manager on site to review work and always look to juggle our time to ensure we are available should they need us quickly.

They have been our buildings agent since it opened. Been some ups and downs and team turnover. But they are always friendly and polite and do what they can to keep the building well maintained.

We rented an apartment in one of Broadoaks buildings. We had a massive leak in our apartment which caused mould and damp and damaged cloths, furniture and health. There was a leak on the staircase to the car park as well which made the stairs incredibly wet - not the safest. These were not fixed in the 12 months we lived there. They failed to notify us of building rules and waited about 8 months before telling us we were breaking them. They then refused to communicate with us and said all communication would be through our letting agency or landlord. This would have been fine if 1) our letting agency were communicating with us and not ignoring us and 2) if we had any idea who our landlord was (which as we told them was being kept from us). Truly awful company who were more focused on money than the people living in there buildings. Avoid at all cost. Would never live in one of there buildings again.
