        My cat is eight and a half and has never been in a cattery before. The kind lady who I met at the door when bringing Benny in could see I was a little nervous and let me come in and settle him before leaving, even messaging me afterwards to reassure me which really helped me. We booked a room with a view of the birds and a camera so I could check in on him whenever I wanted to. The team posted pictures and videos to their Facebook page too. I felt he was very well cared for and never worried about his care whilst I was away. I would definitely recommend

        We have just picked up Simba from his new year stay. Shangri-La took such good care of him and he has come out settled and happy! We are grateful for their attention to detail and the notes they take about how much food he had eaten and his temperament! Thank you! We have already booked in for our next holiday!

        Diego has stayed at Shangri-La 3 times and each time they have taken excellent care of him and gone above and beyond. He is a very nervous cat and all the staff are so good with him. It's nice to see pictures of him that they post on Facebook so I can see how he is doing while I am away
