A very thorough and professional team who will go the extra mile (sometimes quite literally) ...pre COVID we have used Vicarage Marquees at venues as diverse as Exeter Maidstone Ardingly Newbury Shepton Mallet and Chatsworth. They did the job even though the margin must have been tight for them in some cases and with the drapes and flooring we have had many compliments. Now we are coming out of the pandemic my company Home and Garden Events Ltd will certainly use John and Emma and the team again

Never one to publicly name and shame businesses, however I feel some criticism and negative feedback is due here. We recently used vicarage marquees for our wedding at The Red Brick Barn. We opted for a clear span marquee, so no drapes or linings. Very simple. And then had the interior decorated with fairy lights. The main lightning we were supplied with was meant to have a dimmer switch. The dimmer switch that was supplied was faulty, they couldnt source another one. All the others were faulty. So we were left with no option but to have the lights on full brightness or completely turned off. Very disappointing. We also paid for a white picket fence to installed around the outside of the marquee to create a courtyard. We had to chase this up Friday night. This hugely hampered our preparations on Friday afternoon and meant I had to return to the venue on the Saturday morning to sort the things out we couldnt do Friday. For the money we spent we expected a lot more. Weddings can be stressful and these things only added to that stress. Personally if youre getting married at The Red Brick Barn Id avoid vicarage marquees. And look at booking another company.

Running Events needs a company that are professional, work to tight schedules and deliver on service on budget. All boxes are ticked in this case. Vicarage Marquees by far are my preferred choice and i will be using them for all my events moving forward. If reliablity and quality are important to you, then John and the Team will serve you well
