I have been using the same local butcher for 25 years & was always happy with our Christmas meat. Unfortunately they changed hands 3 years ago & the new people seemed very expensive. Im a firm believer in keeping it local, not just for service & quality but for our community....so when I saw La Vallee was back open, I ordered our lamb & ham for Christmas. I can honestly say that the Christmas Day Lamb was the very best Ive ever had & the Boxing Day Ham didnt dissappoint either. Both cooked & carved like a dream & absolutely melted in the mouth. Thank you for such great quality, we've found our new butchers
