Sarah is amazing. She focuss 100% on you the whole time to make sure your positioning is spot on. I have trained with her for over a year now and I am the fittest I have ever been. I would recommend everyone I know to her who wants to get fitter and look after their bodies and feel good about themselves. Even if you dont quite believe in yourself, she does. Thank you for everything lovely lady!!
