The staff were so friendly and helpful, very attentive to my problem, identified straightaway a way to clean the stain on my John Charles outfit and immediately gave the attention needed - I was so so pleased and happy. The service and professionalism here cannot be faulted. I cant tell you how impressed I was. Will always send my items for cleaning to John Buckleys. Definitely a recommendation. Cannot thank you enough.

My mom dropped my wedding dress off to them on 27th Sept 22 and it wasnt ready until 19th Dec 22. No apology, payment demanded up front so you cant take it elsewhere once youve dropped it off and no offer of a discount given it took 3 months to clean it! Looks like they prioritise rush jobs for the good reviews rather than prioritising by when people dropped their garments off and requested their return by. Very unlikely to recommend given the lack of care or customer service.

I rang for some professional advice about dry cleaning curtains with a blackout lining attached . The staff advised that the risk for dry cleaning with black out linings attached was high for damaging the lining so they advised vacuuming the tops of the curtains for dust and ironing the curtain material uppermost with a duvet cover over the top to prevent damaging the curtains and linings . I was very impressed with their knowledge and honesty . 5 stars awarded to a reliable dry cleaning service . Colette B Balsall Common
