        Ive been dealing with McLaren service in Birmingham, via the service manager called Andrew , as I had some issues with my 720s spider , all I can say what a pleasure to deal with, Andrew clearly goes the extra mile to get a customers car back to them as quick as possible, always keeping a professional approach and excellent customer service at its best . What a great member of staff he is . Thank you Andrew for your help and support getting my car back to me asap. Great people , great service and great value. Until my next service . Martin wright

        Customer service at its worst!! I called to make a booking for some warranty work that had been authorised by McLaren only to be told by the service advisor. You will have to wait 3 months . We do not offer courtesy cars either (Not that I asked). You will need to bring the car into us. I asked for his Dealer principal Email etc to be told I cant give it to you Horrendous experience.Needless to say I booked the car in at one of Rybrooks other dealers in Bristol. Hopefully the experience there is not the same!!
