I was incredibly impressed with Phil and his support during the sessions I had. He created a safe space for me to share my concerns and thoughts and, each time, I left with a deeper understanding of myself. He opened up a space of communication for me to question my core beliefs so that I could see a clearer way forward rather than being held back by them. As a child I had a poor experience of therapy but Phil has completely restored my faith in traditional therapy and counselling.

Lovely facilities and a very kind listening ear. Phil is non-judgmental and supportive, providing a different way of thinking and understanding of previous events. Words cannot describe the gratitude I have for Phil for turning my life around. I dread to think where I would be if I had not found him. I cannot recommend him enough.

Phil has really helped me understand myself and make sense of what has happened in my life. I would highly recommend Phil as a counselor he's very understanding and excellent at really hearing what you are trying to say. I am in a much better place myself thanks to Phil and I will always remember the lessons learned with him.

Having had five or six counsellors over recent years, I recommend Phil highly. He has provided the best counselling I have received. Phil listens carefully and responds with clever incisive comments and questions to help explore feelings and issues very thoroughly. Phil is extremely aware and sensitive which puts him in a perfect position to provide these therapy services.I recommend Phil most highly.
