        Had to drive my daughter to work this morning, got in the car and it wouldn't start. I phoned Kingsway and they had a taxi at my door in 5 minutes. On top of that the driver was an absolute star. Excellent service. Thanks guys.

        Started off really promising, have been 15 minutes late for the last 4 journeys, clearly overstretched and under resourced. Massive shame as I really wanted a local company I could rely on to pick me up close to the time promised. Not the fault of the drivers or call staff, clearly a managers issue which needs someone to take accountability of, thanks
