I called to ask questions about cleaning specific leather bags. Female staff bit overreacted for being asked multiple questions and I heard her saying "well that's what I'm saying" in bold. I do not wish to use your services after this type of communication with your potential customer!

Took almost 2 months for a job that should have took at max 2 weeks. Was not updated for anything and they provided me with wrong information. Although they apologised and corrected the mistake they only offered me a partial refund until I complained and they offered a full refund. They said theyve sent it but I have still not received anything for weeks now. Honestly, dont expect to get my money back at this point and need to look at alternative ways to try get my money back as their mistake costs me money. They barely reply your emails and when you call they just pass you to different people or just tell you theyll call you back but wont. Not the service you would expect. Very disappointed
