Novaterra gardens & landscapes

We had a wonderful experience with Fabiano and Novaterra. We met in the February 2021 with a view to landscaping our back garden which was a total messwithin a month we had met with Juliana his wife who did an amazing design for us. We were lucky enough to get a slot with them and the work started in July 2021. The standard of workmanship was very high and many obstacles appeared during our build all of which were calmly overcome. The budget was consistently adhered too or tweaked when these obstacles arose. His team totally transformed our garden and were always exceptionally polite and friendly , nothing was too much trouble for them. We now have a totally transformed back garden which we live in during the summer months. It also gives us a great joy all winter as we have year round colour. All the planting was advised by Fabiano and Juliana and if plants were not happy then changes were made. We still use them to maintain our garden now. they come regularly to check it over and see how things are doing etc. I cannot recommend Fabiano and his team highly enough. Fantastic work, very happy with the end result. Fabiano is highly professional, talked me through the various options I had, sent detailed emails at each stage. So very pleased with the work ethic, the speed with which everything was done, cant recommend them highly enough!

Got both our front and back gardens designed and built by Fabiano and his team. Two words come to mind - top quality. We are very happy with the outcome. Our project was not the most straightforward and we did encounter a few surprises along the way (storm knocking off a fence, issues caused by previous builders etc.) but nothing was too complex for the team to sort out. We also changed the scope and design a couple of times mid-way (sometimes it's hard to visualize something through a drawing) and Fabiano and his team were accommodating even though it caused a slight delay to the team. Fabiano and his team transformed our back garden. The work was carried out over a number of weeks. Not only was the workmanship of an impeccable standard. The whole team were courteous and hardworking. Fabiano was very patient as we went though the process of design and guided us to make some sensible design tweaks. The quote we received was more than fair. And there were no hidden costs sprung on us. Making, what has become an out door living room, is the best thing we have done! Thanks to all the team!
