Many of the reviews I have read obviously belong to the rude patients I have encountered at the surgery. Demanding, rude and expecting priority over everyone else. My experience of this Practice over many years has been excellent. At present with the Covid restrictions, the Practice still offers face to face appointments when required, manages to provide a good telephone system for phone appointments and adheres to the necessary cleanliness guidelines. It has been a difficult time for everyone and I consider the arrangements here have been more than acceptable.

This surgery is awful, having said that there is one very good nurse practitioner (Carla) and two honest reliable and professional GPs (Dr Sadrah, Dr Kamal), the owner is absent and retired early the admin team are helpful and follow up on queries with urgency. Front of house has allot to deal with. Ive been unfortunate enough to witness the plight of what was a good surgery amalgamated and over run after half the patients joined from Dr Sahotas surgery at Hanwell health centre some years ago after he closed that practice. They constantly forget to send prescriptions and condescend patients who have been thrugh the worst scenarios imaginable. Gone are helpful GPs such as Dr Herewood and Dr Beroni instead there are too many patronising condescending clinicians in attendance who would allow the patient to end their life instead of providing the medicine they need. Such remedies can not be reduced suddenly for shock and withdrawal reasons but the rigmarole intensifies the discomfort and in many cases can deter a patient from seeking the help they desperately need. That feeling of the phone slamming down on the patient happens frequently at the end of the consultation. A little bit of manners goes a long way and doesnt cost a penny.
