I have used this butchers for years when I lived in Hanwell and always had a good service beautiful meat and all the Irish stuff sold there Brian run a lovely shop so therefore I was so disappointed to return on Sunday to stock up on all my favourite bits to be seen by the most rude unhelpful man that I have ever had the misfortune to come across he is the fellow in the photo Im not sure of his name maybe Richard but he has been there for years and has been rude in the past it is a miracle that lovely butchers is still trading with such a ignorant person behind the counter unfortunately I will not be returning but no reflection on the shop itself yet a male customer came in while I was browsing and he was fine with him.

I have been using this butchers for years & I wont use another! I have never had a bad experience with the food or the staff! I was shocked to see a bad review for the staff recently, it definitely wreaked of a disgruntled ex employee as the staff in this shop go above & beyond what is necessary & have NEVER been thought of as rude by anyone in this area who use them. Everything they supply is of the highest quality but I do have a soft spot for the Lincolnshire sausages! They are to die for!

Excellent customer service. Helped me out when I had no idea what cut of meat I was after! Our meal turned out beautifully - SO delicious. Full credit to them.
