I cant recommend Surj and his team enough. I first approached Castle Residential for a valuation of my property for sell but then we decided not to sell but let it. Surj advise and help was key in the process to get our remortgage proving the situation of the current market for letting and that our flat would be rented quickly and at the price we wanted/needed. I had no doubt we were leaving our flat in very good hands. He found the right tenants even before the flat came onto the market, the flat was let in 2 days after the first viewing. We went with them on full management , full peace of mind with the money coming in every month. The team even took care of posting a parcel that reached my old address by mistake, thats a 5* service. Well done Castle Residential!
