we used their building group for our home in Southgate London and were very happy with the whole project, the pricing structure and the finishing. I use the term pricing structure because we paid in steps to the project completion, one side extension first then the back and then the right side of the house and this way we didn't feel any pressure and were very at ease with spending our savings. Recommended home builders by our uncle in Southgate. Our loft conversion was ealing based and was all delivered on time and within the set budget, I wouldnt use many other builders after using these guys and experiencing quality customer service. Ive booked them in for an extension this coming summer

We decided to add a new extension to the home we own in Richmond and went with the team here. For our family home in Southgate London, A builder was needed to demolish an old conservatory and replace it with a much larger single single-story tension. Moreover, the garden needed to be landscaped to provide a large patio area and a small utility room converted into a downstairs cloakroom. In response to a favourable quote from Cherished Buildings, we visited a live site where Avi and James are currently working and were impressed with their quality of work. Early August saw the completion of the groundwork and demolition began in late July. By the end of August, the shell had been erected, and the work continued through September to be completed by early October. Despite existing complications on site, Avi, James, and their team were friendly, supportive, and professional throughout the project, and had many great suggestions to improve the original design. Often at their own expense, they went above and beyond to complete the project to our satisfaction. Many horror stories are told about dodgy builders, but our experience with Avi, James, and their team were very positive. We have no hesitation in recommending Ricky, James, and their team to anyone.
