        When I saw Dr. Massoumi today, he was really efficient, helpful, and compassionate. My hip and leg were bothering me. He recommended a few choices for me to consider, and we had a really useful talk during which he showed me some online resources that I could look at to better understand his diagnosis. I would definitely return to see him because he is really pleasant, knowledable, easy to talk to, and made me feel very at ease, unlike my current registered GP, whom I haven't seen in over two years. My present GP surgery does not welcome patients to come in and see them; instead, they offer long phone waits to speak with a receptionist who "decides if my case is good enough for a visit to the doctor."
