Hixon Post Office

This is the nearest of three post offices to me. It used to be an all hours post office and Ive used it for many years. However, it now seems that it depends on their mood as to if or not they will accept your parcels. This last time they said the post office closes at 7pm. This the first time Ive been told that. I see on here that opening times are listed on here as 9am to 7pm. This is the first time that Ive been aware of this. This isnt the first parcel that Ive taken there and been refused. The time before was mid morning, they refused to accept my parcel because they had received a stock delivery. Its a 4 mile round trip for me to use their services. I have two others that are not much further. I shall not be using them in future! Had I have looked on here to find the opening times, Id have probably realised earlier that I am not alone in my dissatisfaction.

This is a Great Post Office Staff are very friendly and helpful most of them know myself by name now due to frequent visits

Twice now Ive been turned away while trying to post a parcel. This time it was because the parcel bag was full and it was against rules and regulations to add my very small parcel to the bag. Worst Post Office in Staffordshire?

This is such an excellent little post office. They ALWAYS try to help you and are friendly and efficient..also they have super opening hours.
