        AWFUL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! TRY TO DEAL WITH ISSUES (ERRORS MADE THERE END) BUT INSTEAD THEY SEND OUT THREATENING LETTERS! A SIMPLE PHONE CALL OR EMAIL WOULD OF SORTED OUT THE SITUATION....

        We had an Activflo fitted to our water inlet in September 2019 and are extremely happy with it. We live in a very hard water area but since having this fitted I haven't needed to descale the kettle once. I can't recommend it more highly!

        Bought an eco tec magnetic filter with 2yr waranty and after 2.5yrs it leaks top and bottom, and the magnet has split open. They say just buy spares parts. Should have bought 2 cheap chinese tat for the same price.
