Allett Mowers

Big problem !! I have 2 Tournament 24 mowers I needed a bottom blade phoned spares 4 times during the course of a day at different times no answer, leave a message we will get back to you, did they NO !!. Forced to explore other options found an independent supplier. It would seem Allett Spares department even after 3 days as promised don't return requests left on their unmanned phone system.

I bought my first cylinder mower this year the allett liberty 35 , and what an amazing machine and fantastic build quality and a dream to use . Highly recommend allett mowers to any lawn care enthusiasts

After leaving a one star review a few weeks ago for reasons stated in the review I am now happy to leave a five star review after being contacted by the MD of Allett mowers who was most concerned and very apologetic about my poor customer service experience. After speaking with Austin it is very clear that he is passionate about his business and products and clearly upset that Allett in this instance had not delivered the standard of service that they strive to provide to every customer. I look forward to purchasing a new Allett lawn mower in the very near future. Many thanks.

Orderd my Kensington 17b pre Christmas. No issues with delivery and service provided delivery came quickly. I called the customer care team regarding a delivery question. They were more than happy to accommodate. Really pleased with my mower and the cartridges I ordered. Just wish it was spring now!!!!! Great mower!
