Matthew raised the money required to help us conclude our MBO process at a much lower cost than wed expected, not to mention in challenging circumstances owing to prevalence of COVID 19. Equally importantly, he was alongside us every step of the way from initial discussions, to deal completion. His experience of buying and funding businesses, was invaluable, particularly to a team that had not been through it before. Faced with some bills for improvements in one of our commercial rental units, I asked Matthew for advice regarding potential grant funding. He took the time to visit the premises, pointed me in the right direction and we secured some funding at no cost. He also secured serious bank interest in the refinancing of our property portfolio. We didnt proceed with this but would recommend Matthew for his knowledge and speed of response in both grant and debt funding situations.
