Absolutely awful! Service was quick and easy, however we are starting to believe it was due to them wanting to get rid of car. The car was delivered to us without being able to lock! And despite them promising theyd fix it for us, never turned up. purchased this car a couple of months ago, however with my car being in the garage more than on the road I feel as though other people should be aware. They have promised us to fix things which should have been fixed which we have photo evidence of, and they deny knowing anything about it. Still dont have my V5 (which they promised theyd mail off the day we got the car) so wouldnt even be able to sell it! We have spent a lot of money fixing what should have already been fixed! Worst car weve ever bought. Which is a shame because it could have been the best. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. This car put our lives in danger, brakes going out whilst my mum was on her way to work, not too long after we purchased this car. Not sure why there are so many good reviews, and Im having to put such a bad and dangerous one! We dont respect being ignored time and time again for bringing up issues that arent our fault and we werent aware of! As a 19 year old girl who is anxious about driving I definitely dont even feel safe in it. I put so much trust into the reviews but it was anything but 5 stars. Make sure you take in what Ive said before deciding to purchase a car from this place. I made the mistake of not reading every review. Such a shame and such a disappointing company.

After purchasing a fiesta from them, I contacted them regarding issues I had one being a creaky suspension, and the other issue being the car temperature gauge not staying in the center instead constantly cooling and heating I explained these to them, their answer in regards to the suspension was to spray WD-40 on it and telling me if that doesn't fix it they don't know what's up with it, and their solution to the temperature was to tell me this make and model of car with this engine is designed to run cooler so it's normal. A week later I spoke to an actual mechanic who told me it needed a new thermostat, at this point Braceys were ignoring my calls and texts and on one occasion called me back only to hear it was my voice, I heard them breathe and then they hang up. So I payed out to have the thermostat replaced a little over a month of having the car, in the second month of having the car, the water pump broke, and I repaired that via the warranty sold to me but it still cost me 115. The nail in the coffin was after having the car for 3 months and 8 days the high pressure fuel pump blew off the car shearing the bolts inside, I spoke to Braceys who told me they couldn't help but offered me a number of a garage who would. I spoke to the garage that they had spoken to, explained the issues and they told me they wouldn't even be interested in looking at the car because with this type of failure there's a 90% chance it will need a new engine, so I went back to them and instead of taking responsibility they tried to fob me on to another garage. 10 garages later no one was even willing to look at the car it was towed and now I'm left with a dead car that had issue from purchase, and a dealer telling me it's not their problem because they sold the car with a warranty. Absolutely horrific after sales care, they sell you the car anything after that they aren't interested in doing, I do not recommend wasting your money on these people
