Im so greatful to have found Sarah and Breathe Reflexology. Like many of us, I lead a very hectic life and having recently become a new Mum too finding some dedicated me time has been vital. Everything from the idyllic treatment room hideaway to the care and empathy Sarah gives whilst treating and getting to know me and my needs; to checking in post treatment, just makes it all such a wonderful experience. Reflexology has helped with reducing my aches and pains, tiredness and spells of anxiety...not to mention being the most luxurious hour of me time. Put simply, I would be lost without it!

I will admit I was a little skeptical at first, as I didn't really understand how someone touching my feet could help me with my lower back problems, but I am so glad I went to see Sarah and let her work her magic! Even after the first session I started to see a real difference and now I have finished the course I literally feel like a new person! Thanks Sarah

As a 62 year young woman I have experienced neck and shoulder discomfort and nagging pain for as long as I care to remember. I started going to Sarah who showed me how reflexology could ease and stimulate muscles that need to be strengthened. From her lovely treatment room and her calm professional manner I gradually experienced less discomfort and ease of movement again. Thank you so much I can not recommend her highly enough and thank you again.
