Been using Dermol 500 lotion for years, as have many people I know, Somewhat pricy and available without prescription but its good stuff trusted..be of a certain standard and is versatile too as a moisturiser, cleanser and body /hand wash too.

had awful tinnitus for weeks -so saw nurse not much help.. said "syringing not carried out any more" so she recommended having microsuction of earwax done privately ugh never again very invasive & painful. spoke to local pharmacist who recommended your product Otex Express Combi pack.. applied drops last eve, weird sensation I must say!!! BUT, this morning, used bulb thingy and warm water and hey presto what a result. I must admit I have been using olive oil ear drops for a week or so, but so pleased have found something which works without having to go through the microsuction process which I likened to "back street abortion!!!".. metal instrument, I think not. Thank you Dermal Laboratories.

Started using dermol products about six months ago wish I knew about this product years ago the improvement with my skin is amazing .
