        Wow what a fantastic experience , the whole day with the man himself in his own home sharing his cookery tips. He was amazing, he and his team are so talented , I loved every minute. I loved hearing all the stories about the chefs he has worked with , just magical. We got to meet his wife and sons, they were lovely. Jean cooked us an amazing lunch and we were taught how to prepare several dishes including a fish course, tarte tatin and pasta 10.30- 17.00 so a full on day but it flew by. I will be rebooking on another course for sure.

        What a fantastic experience. Jean aka Raymond aka Jean Michel Jarre was a brilliant host including his helpers. Incredibly patient and humble and some great skills learnt on the course. The meal was excellent as was his stories which added real entertainment. Can't recommend highly enough what a down to earth team, would love to go again.

        I had an amazing day doing the Masterclass with Jean-Christophe Novelli. A warm welcome greeted us and the relaxed, friendly atmosphere continued throughout the day. A mix of demonstrations and tuition with great interaction with Jean-Christophe, chefs and staff. New techniques learnt and great food tasted with a lovely meal, champagne, wine and anecdotes to end a very memorable day. To Jean-Christophe and all your team, so many thanks. I highly recommend.
