Claire Winterbourne Yogafeet

Ive been practicing yoga with Claire regularly since the beginning of the year and Im absolutely loving it. Even over Zoom, she has such a calming vibe and really puts me at ease. Her routines flow really well and she always gives various options to make things more or less difficult, which has been really helpful to me as a relative beginner. I cant thank Claire enough for her amazing guidance and in particular the wonderful complimentary yoga nidra sessions she offers on some Thursday evenings. Claire is by far the best teacher Ive tried and is always so accommodating, sending out recordings if you oversleep and miss the live class like me I cant wait to come into the studio when its allowed. Thank you, Claire!

I went to a yoga class of Claires many years ago which I loved. Due to it being slightly out of my area I couldnt go regularly. Since, I have tried many yoga classes with other teachers and venues, I always felt something was missing and didnt enjoy them. I lost touch with Claire and when I found out about Yogafeet I booked in immediately. This was what was missing! Claire! After my first class there I felt overwhelmed as it was just perfect. The class size, the building (not like a large village hall), the scent of insence and of course Claires soft voice and just the way she teaches! Its still out of my area but I will be sticking to this class! Namaste

I have been to MANY yoga classes in the past, but this is by far the best. Claire creates an extraordinary atmosphere in her classes: one which is inclusive, warm, and non-judgemental. Every class has a perfect balance between relaxation and building core strength. The only place I can go to truly escape my busy mind, and to feel uplifted and more serene. Claire is the real deal.

I moved to Hitchin last year and so glad I came across the lodge. Claire is a brilliant and lovely teacher. I feel so at peace after a class with her! Whether you're looking for a flow or yin style class, I would definitely recommend trying a class at the lodge

Claire has the most gentle & soft energy yet her treatment is powerful! She uses such gentle pressure on specific points along your feet and is able to pick up on imbalances within the body. Every-time I have left feeling more aligned, calm and lightly detoxed! Plus her space is very zen and 'yin' whereby she offers her magic of yin yoga (she lives authentically by her practice). I highly recommend her as a master of her craft! She is a five star practitioner.
