I have been having one to one yoga with Tracey for many years. She tailors my practice to my health issues- mainly spondyloarthritis - that does not mean I am offered an easy option at all- but one that builds my core strength and muscle strength as well as improving my general flexibility. This week I threw her a curve ball as my back had been in spasm for a week. Undaunted she explained what was going on- she then gave me exercises to do- some including a hard ball on the QL muscle. I was so much better after. I have repeated the exercises three more times in the past 36 hours and am totally spasm free. Quite the professional, an awesome Yoga teacher .

Tracey is a fantastic yoga teacher offering highly personalised lessons. She adapts lessons based on your needs and is encouraging and supportive no matter what your experience or understanding of yoga is.Since having one-to-one lessons with her my migraines and back- ache have improved and I have more energy. Id highly recommend myogi!

Ive been having lessons with Tracey for about 6 months now and theyve fast become a highlight of my week: She is empathetic and highly intuitive, and 1-2-1 classes are entirely tailored, not just to my ability, but to how Im feeling on the day. Tracey is warm, friendly, patient and encouraging, and her sessions are wonderfully relaxed.. and fun: Tracey also has a wicked sense of humour.. An entirely positive experience which benefits me not just during the hour I spend with her, but for the rest of my week as well. Best yoga teacher ever

Tracey provides teaching that is clear and instructive that can be adjusted and progressed across all ability levels. I find it works well in the studio, one to one and particularly on Zoom. The lessons are varied providing a greater understanding of yoga postures and breathing techniques that in my case alleviated the nerve pain associated with sciatica. If you want to improve strength, balance and flexibility together with core training and meditation practices then I would definitely recommend taking lessons with Tracey at Myogi for your health and well-being.
