Service started great, then pint bottles milk came being off and i collected them in minutes after arrival. all ready starting to thicken at the lid, driver speeds through my estate between 1-3am in morning. Small issue with bill ended up blowing up and after paying was still told I hadn't until another company confirmed it. Was gutted always wanted to have the milkman come each morning but now i will be removing my service.

I have been a customer since 2001 when my first child was just 2 months old. I used to live in Rochford Drive, then Trescott Close. We moved away from the area in 2017 and we were sad for not being able to have Mr Marlow's milk delivery anymore. Then I after a couple of years in my new address I discovered that Marlow Diary also delivers in my new area. I was chuffed! I opened an account Marlow Diary's site and started having deliveries again. Great service. Thank you Mr Marlow.

Excellent service. I mainly order the organic milk. I have a regular order and its very easy to change the quantity or cancel a delivery online. My main reasons for using marlow were to avoid plastic waste. The glass bottles are reused. However, the doorstep delivery is so convenient and saves bulky trips to the supermarket and coming out with more than you intended. I did order eggs once but was disappointed that the boxes used were plastic at that time. They have a great range of other products including plant based milks

Have started ordering milk from the milkman and it's just amazing in terms of the taste, quality and even the smell of the milk. My husband absolutely loves it...so does my daughter. Tea, cereal and anything else I use it for, completely changes the taste. We get the organic milk and sometimes order the yoghurts as they are also delicious. My order is always delivered on time, twice a week and have never had any issues so far. I cannot recommend it enough!
