Daughter,12,stranded at hitchin train station called for a taxi and was told that there was no services running out of the station because of temp traffic lights, after ringing to clarify as I live in baldock and don't drive, person that answered the phone told me that no one was running services out of the train station but if she was to wait there another service wold probably turn up, when I asked him this was possible if no one was running services from the station he accused me of being rude and hung up on me. In the meantime I am still trying to arrange my daughter getting to school even though they had cars free they refused to help her out,dusgusted by the fact that the customer service was this poor and there was absolutely no empathy towards the situation wont be recommending or even using again in future

Brilliant service from Boxall and Chofiur for coming to my and my sisters rescue at gone midnight after the train doors wouldnt open at Ashwell station and we had to get off at Baldock. Chofiur arrived very quickly and was friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend! Thanks again.
