Horrific customer service who lie because they cant be bothered even though I am disabled and have no way of travelling. They just say the same thing on repeat and then put the phone down. I literally cannot walk, shocking

*Avoid at all costs* I had an airport lift which I prepaid 80 incl. departing and return journey. On the way back at 11pm the taxi was late and the driver extremely rude. He sped home dangerously and then demanded I paid despite having prepaid and offering to show him my bank transactions, receipts etc. He simply kept saying "cash or card" over and over and didn't even think to call his office to check if I had actually prepaid. I therefore had to pay 40 just to leave the taxi. Eurocabs did apologise when I called and have said I will receive a refund, however nearly a month on and after numerous calls I still have not received any refund.
