Great teachers, great interaction in group classes. Such a lovely atmosphere of fun every time you go. Helped me pass all my exams. Highly recommend.

I participate regularly in the Stretch classes run by Mirrors Dance. As someone previously quite fit and now recovering from serious illness including critical damage to my muscle strength, flexibility and stamina, the classes have been not only very beneficial but in particular educated me on why and how I should do the exercises taught. It's a holistic educational and mindful exercise class that is adaptable whether one has particular physical limitations or an ultra runner needing to do maintenance work. It's a very friendly group and welcoming group and ridiculous value for money. Nothing not to like.

Learning Argentinian Tango with Trudi has been one of the greatest experiences in my life. She is kind and professional with a skill to communicate, this has helped a two left footed old man to live a dream and it was so much fun too. Thank you so much

This was an absolutely fantastic experience!! We loved every minute of it!! Karen taught the two of us the cha cha and the waltz! It was so exciting as we gradually picked up the steps!! She was so patient, encouraging and supportive. Whole heartedly recommend that everyone who can, gives this a go!! Dont worry about Covid protocols, they are SCRUPULOUS.
