We have contracted with Hendales to manage our block of eight flats since 2012. Have never had an issue with them, and therefore have never considered changing to anyone else. Have proved highly efficient, helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any issue, whilst always remaining competitive. Would highly recommend them to anyone in our situation.

I have lived in a property coming up to 7 years now on an estate managed by Hendales, every time I have had to communicate with the company it has been painful, the staff are very argumentative, passive aggressive in communication and seem to have a response to every mitigating factor. I have requested changes to the estate every one has been knocked back... these are improvement works to the estate, also works I may add that have been carried out already outside other properties thus setting a precedence. I have received photographs and letters through the my door claiming I block the road when parking ( I have been parking in front of my drive, or designated parking bay with plenty of room) all my other neighbours do this but I seem to be the only one who receives 'warnings' about this. when parking in the bay in question I would do so a meter away from a bush to allow for side access for my children to get out of the car, when I challenged this as being a reason I parked not as close to the bush as the management company would like, I was told 'to park round the corner in other bays or get my children out of the car first and then re-park' very empathetic! I also requested to apply for a position on the board of directors, I was told that there was no room on the board- fair enough there was a limit. A few weeks later at the annual general meeting the management company requested two more directors positions had become available to join! no consistency with what they say. Overall a nasty bully company that seems to apply favouritism to certain residents and only abide by their own rules not taking into consideration customer satisfaction, consultation, or feedback from key stakeholders!
