We rented a flat in Croft Court , Hitchin with HPT for nearly eight years and found them excellent in every way. The whole team are very friendly and helpful and went out of their way for us. From the super efficient Stephen who looks after the day to day maintenance to Sam and Lauren who deal with the every day running of the office, all first class, cant praise them highly enough. Any issues that came up with the flat were dealt with immediately and usually more than we had asked for. We really enjoyed our time with HPT and have now moved on to be near our daughters. We would just like to say a big thank you to everyone at HPT for everything over the years and for being considerate landlords. We were tenants of Hitchin Property Trust for 48 years and can honestly say we had an excellent relationship with both John and subsequently Alex. We always found them approachable and helpful. On several occasions over those years they were always happy to help us out when asked.
