Redhill Road Post Office

I try my hardest not to go in this shop, its unfortunate as I live close by so its inconvenient for me to go to another. The boss lady will pick and choose who she serves first although were all in a que, shes extremely rude she also refused me a receipt and said I needed to state if I wanted one, but would like to pretend she does everything else by the books. She lets down the post office massively, as shes been there many years, good costumer service to all not just selective customers should come natural to her by now. AVOID go to BROOKERS in Hitchin Town.

In my experience this Post Office always has friendly & helpful staff, and in the shop has a wide array of useful goods for sale.

DO NOT POST HERE! YOUR POST IS NOT SAFE! The woman who dealt with me was rude beyond belief, she stopped serving me twice so she could deal with other customers instead. I paid 23 to send a package to the US and she told me that unless I paid the higher postage cost it "might not arrive." She was absolutely right, it did not arrive in the U.S. It arrived back to me some two weeks later, opened and in tatters. The person I was sending to was a friend, and was expecting his package, however my envelop has a written note saying "returned @ customers request." I do not believe this for a second and also think she purposefully withheld my post to spite me.
