        Convenient for having an in house Post Office, but just got overcharged for sending a large letter and charged for a small parcel. Only realised it when I got back to my office and checked the Royal Mail website.

        Been sidelined to serve someone who came after me, first. I objected but was abruptly told it is ok. When I calmly said that it was not ok, I was bluntly refused to be served by the young man. Makes me feel the reason to be- I am not white and the person at the tills and the one served before me were both white. When asked the procedure to complain, I was told they don't have any.
