Really disappointing customer service. The fact that my parcel that I was due to collect wasn't actually with them (even though the postman's red form put through my door said it could be collected from them today) was due to the postman 'not doing their job properly'! Nothing to do with Brookers! I can assure you that my postman does an incredibly good job and is very professional unlike the counter staff at Brookers. Judging by the reviews I think it's time the Post Office used someone else to service their clients. The staff at the Highbury Road Branch are always incredibly friendly and professional.

Best avoided. The miserable counter staff make using this Post Office a real chore. There are never enough staff during busy times and they are often quite rude. Also its far easier and cheaper to buy parcel postage from Royal Mail online (twice Ive been over charged by counter staff) or send using different carriers..

Called in today to return a parcel met with a women with a stern face hardly spoke at all apart from telling me to show my phone to a perspex divider for the QI scan. Not once did she show any customer service skills had no rapport with the customer. She looked miserable in her job. Won't be going back.
