Cheerful and helpful staff ( without wasting time and holding up queue) , especially considering how busy they were on a Bank Holiday Saturday! Thank you!

Awful, will never go back. So so slow. Staff totally unorganised. Lady working on the till was friendly, but the blonde pharmacist in her 50s needs to find another career not working with the general public! Rude, patronising and unhelpful. Go to Cross chemist on redhill Rd - lovely in there and so fast! Lloyds could do with visiting to see how a pharmacy should be run!

Unreliable service & rude staff. There was no pharmacist on premises during open hours, I was unable to buy any medicine with and without prescription. The NHS Regulations 2013 states that it is mandatory that a pharmacist is present at all times during the pharmacy's opening hours to provide ALL essential services. It was a big failure. Other pharmacy staff had an excuse to close & go home earlier.

Very bad service. Came in to pick up prescription and I was told to come back in 30 mins. 3 people there couldn't do one medication. Tried to call next time before going in because didn't want to be sent back again. No one picked up the phone so I went into the pharmacy. Whilst in queue I was calling them on the phone just to find out they don't have ringtone on. I was sent back again and told to come back later again. Useless.

This place never has anything in stock. Long queues with very long waits. No sign to say we dont have antibiotics you have to wait for 30+ minutes to find that out. Boot in Hitchin town centre - in and out in 15 mins.
