Whether youre looking for personal training, fitness pilates or advice regarding what is going on with perimenopausal symptoms, she has it all covered. Highly recommended!

Anna is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced PT who has made me feel really relaxed and comfortable. She includes such a good variety of moves in her workouts and pushes me to achieve things I didnt think I could do! Would definitely recommend!

Anna is very knowledgeable, engaging, non preachy, and brilliant at giving you a non nonsense approach to health considerations for women in or approaching menopause. Great tips such as foods to incorporate and types of exercise to improve your wellbeingI came away feeling empowered by the knowledgerather than feeling it was something I had no control over.

Annas classes are great! The pace is fast but not too fast so you dont get bored, she gives you helpful feedback all the time and her running commentary makes it fun! There is a wide variety of exercises and the props you need (when you need them) are easy to find from around the house eg a book. She also tailors them to your ability so you can choose how much you want to push yourself. I would highly recommend her classes- fun and a good workout

Anna is a pocket powerhouse of enthusiasm, wisdom and clarity: her circuit sessions are uplifting, fun and give great results - and the way she explains exercises and uses visualisation to show how you should do a move ("tuck your shoulder blades into your back pockets..." "imagine you're opening a jam jar") helps you make a tiny tweak to a movement that makes a massive difference. I'm lucky enough to have done running sessions with Anna too, and think she's an inspiration. Would highly recommend.
