I went In to the shop for the first time the other day. Really friendly staff. Great help from the manager. Highly recommended going to this shop. I even got some info on the best chicken to buy at chicken George. Can't beat that for a service. :)

I received outstanding customer service yesterday Saturday 14th January 2023 in the Millets shop in Hitchin. I purchased exactly what I was looking for, a large travel bag and at a greatly reduced price in the sale. Please ensure member of staff Leo gets an acknowledgment of credit on his work record for his very humane and constructive interaction with myself as a customer. Thank you.
