        I have had 2 x issues in the last 12 months, one with my back where at one point I couldnt even get off the floor and more recently with a ligament issue in my right knee. Both were extremely debilitating and showed no signs of improvement. Thankfully my daughter made a recommendation for Herts Pain & Injury Clinic and I was referred to James Small. I can only say he has been fantastic for me and I made rapid improvements after each treatment. I would highly recommend James, he goes about his business in a very quiet and effective manner. Great young practitioner.
