Great sports massage and i had some osteopath sessions but sadly didn't seem able to fix my problem with hips and back, main reason i went. Gave it 4 because it seems good but ultimately couldn't improve my condition. TO NOTE: I'm fairly skeptical about physio's, as i've not had good experiences and they cost a fair bit, so bare that in mind when reading this review :) .

Woodside has been my go-to clinic for many years now and the whole team is professional, compassionate, knowledgeable and friendly. They like to take a holistic approach to how and why you're experiencing problems so they can find the best treatment. They'll also offer advice on aftercare, stretches, or any changes you might need in your everyday life to keep you moving and pain-free. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

Dawn McQueen, Sports massage therapist has been exceptional in diagnosing pain in my jaw/teeth & treating with deep tissue massages & working my neck to loosen the muscles which in turn cleared neuralgia pain in my mouth, she sends me helpful literature & thoroughly works the problem with her amazing massages, she just knows the points to hit & work on, including helping me on many occasions with shoulder pain which with her skills resolves my issues caused from many years in office work, I couldnt recommend her highly enough!!!
