I popped in needing to adjust my sunglasses, I was greeted with very friendly staff that was more than happy to help even though I had not purchased them originally from that store. I would definitely recommend them. My sunglasses now fit perfect ! Thank you again.

Having lost one of the small pads from the nose support of my specs I popped into Visioncare in Hitchin in the hope of buying a replacement. Though my request was only a trifling thing I was made to feel most welcome and Shane, noticing the well used condition of my glasses, asked if I had ten minutes to spare and then proceeded to adjust and refurbish them. A cup of tea was a surprising but well received offer and in no time at all my specs were returned in perfect condition. They fitted my face better and were more comfortable than when they were originally purchased. I enquired about the cost but was assured that it was all part of the after sales service. This exemplary standard of service is a credit to opticians in particular and independent retailers in general. Thank you Shane.
