        Premium Staff are the best small agency in Hertfordshire that we have used so far. Excellent choice for block booking consistent staff, last minute staff and also make rota co-ordination very easy allowing us to cancel staff when permanent staff cover without charge as long as given more than 24 hours notice. Staff are punctual, reliable and consistent and we get the same carers and nurses to our home every week. They have been amazing through the COVID-19 pandemic and we are not sure we would have survived without them. This is what person centered care is all about.

        BRILLIANT care agency always used. Reasons for 5 stars we never have to wait long for agency care staff and nurses, we get very professional and hard working care staff and nurses. Highly recommend. The admin staff are very polite and have good customer service skills.
